Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy:
    • Identify key social media platforms to reach our target audience.
    • Develop engaging content calendars aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
    • Create high-quality, and engaging content for various social platforms.
    • Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
    • Run social media advertising campaigns when needed.
  • Managing and growing our social media presence:
    • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
    • Build and engage with our online community.
    • Analyze social media data and report on performance metrics.
    • Host interactive discussions, Q&As, and polls to foster engagement.
  • Creating compelling written content:
    • Develop content for website blogs, email campaigns, press releases, and other marketing materials.
    • Conduct research and gather information to support content creation.
    • Write in a clear, concise, and engaging style.
    • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and quality.
    • Maintain editorial control and ensure all content aligns with brand voice and messaging.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends:
    • Keep an eye on the latest social media and content marketing trends.
    • Research and recommend new tools and technologies to improve our social media and content strategy.
    • Evaluate and recommend potential applications of AI tools within our existing strategy.
  • Trend Hunting and Tech Whispering:
    • Unearth emerging tech trends before they hit the mainstream.
    • Translate complex concepts into clear, relatable stories.
    • Bridge the gap between tech jargon and everyday understanding.
  • AI Collaboration and Content Innovation:
    • Use AI tools for research, content generation, and optimization.
    • Stay ahead of the curve in tech-driven content creation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content writing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
  • Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with social media advertising tools (a plus).
  • Familiarity with basic AI concepts and applications in social media and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, and creative tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design platforms (highly preferred).
  • Enthusiasm for exploring and learning new AI tools and technologies.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
