HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop and implement performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee disputes.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, including performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Maintain and promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
  • Promote and maintain high levels of employee engagement
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
