HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s overall strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement performance management processes and provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and employee disputes.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure that the company’s compensation and benefits packages remain competitive and in line with industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, including performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Maintain and promote a positive and healthy workplace culture.
- Promote and maintain high levels of employee engagement
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related field required.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT company
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
