Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory, oversee the maintenance of equipment and facilities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations, including logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency of the operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • To have close coordination with the HR department to resolve operational issues pertaining to employees and other departments.
  • Helping the HR department in training and development sessions and programs.
  • Manage indoor and outdoor activities of the company and provision of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the custodial and janitorial staff, setting and monitor cleaning schedules, ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked, and manage any issues that arise.
  • Manage the budget for the operations department and ensure that all expenditures are in line with the company’s financial goals
  • Manage the budget for custodial and janitorial services, and coordinate with other departments to ensure that the office is cleaned and maintained to the standards set by the company.
  • Manage local and international travel arrangements for the executive management.
  • Address problems concerning the office and building facilities, etc
  • Work with different volunteer teams of the company to assist them in executing their plans such as sports and games, annual trips, events etc.
  • Implement and maintain operational processes, procedures and policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Identify and address operational issues and bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience 
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an operations manager or a similar senior-level role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
