Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate efficiently between clients and team members for flawless execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Delegate project tasks based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- project plans and progress to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Requirements:
- 2-4 years practical experience in software project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. PMP/ACP certification would be an advantage
- Strong client-facing and internal communication abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
