It is a web application that attendings (doctors) can use to assess residents’ annual performances and assist them in self-evaluation after every surgery against various milestones and cpts. It has ACGME integration with multiple programs. It has admin and user panels. Admin panel includes scheduled exports, user, and milestone management. The user panel has views on role-based authorization.
It helps hospitals to assess the annual performance of the residents. It provides residents’ average scores against milestones, CPT, and DOW. Users can use filters like PGY, Attending, and Resident to compare the national and individual data against the date ranges. The residents can view their evaluation history and align their progress to the milestone-based learning targets.
Milestones-Manager
It helps users set up the program-based milestones against the evaluation duration, which enables them to track their performance against the targets and take action accordingly.
User-manager
User Manager helps the admin import and export users’ data, send joining invitations to new users, and generate evaluations for them. Admin can also view users based on different selected roles.
Admins can view the list of Residents and their performance data against various parameters. They can also export this data. It gives a consolidated picture of department-wise data against any date.
Evaluations
This feature helps users view the evaluations of residents and trainees by filtering against various options from multiple categories, i.e., the no. of cases entered, no. of cases performed, names of trainees & evaluators, and achievement & scores against each case. The users can also export the evaluation data.
Email-Manager
Email Manager helps admins send predefined template-based or custom emails to the selected targeted audience. It adds much value to managing communication from within the platform.
